I like Keith and the Girl, a podcast. And kind of like once I wanted to bond with people over old episodes of "Out of this World" and obscure bands (embarrassing in retrospect, but what isn't?), I want (desperately?) to know that somebody in my life finds this podcast amusing. (Sarah hates it, a lot. It's a bunch of crass people that somehow supplant my lack of social life in grad school.)

Have to say that I agree with Sarah on this. But if it somehow gets you through grad school, more power to you.
You should use less big words, so I can understand what you're trying to say :) Thx
