finally of age

first time in his life, dev gets to vote.
and of course, he wasn't on the list.
and instead of pulling a provisional, he is told to leave and bring the voting postcard.
and he was mad.
and wants a class action brought against the stupid lady who wouldn't remind him that he could vote provisional.

damn. what a waste of an afternoon.
